Livin' La Vida Leopard

If you've been reading my blog, or just happen to know me personally, you know that I have a thing for multiples.  I like what I like and often what I like comes in variations of the same thing.  You can read about my oxford obsession here, and I might add that since writing that post, I've since expanded that collection.  Today you can read about my love of leopard print.

When I was 5 years old I had a leopard print coat and matching hat that I loved more that anything in my little toddler world. I would show you a picture, but unfortunately I cannot (Daddy, I'm looking at you right now). Anyway, now that I'm clearly much older than 5 it is easy to see that I'm one animal print loving mama.

I like myself some leopard accessories, shoes, shoes and shoes, with a belt and a scarf thrown into the mix.  Strangely enough I love to wear my leopard with black and white stripes, which is another obsession of mine that I'll share with you at a later date.  A girl can't go confessin' her obsessions all willnilly now can she?

There is something about leopard print that makes me feel both classic and radical at the same time.  I'm particular about my prints, I like a good tan/brown/black ratio, I also like my print in pony hair when it comes to shoes.  Although I am big fan of a bold color, leopard in any other color combo doesn't quite blow my skirt up, so I'll have to take a pass.

I feel the ways we choose to adorn our bodies should make us happy and leopard print does the trick for me every time.  Nothing puts more strut in my stuff than wearing a classic outfit pumped up with a little danger.
